Corporate Bios 

President and CEO     Gerry Lev

Gerry has been involved in multiple businesses, including insurance, restaurants, shopping center development, public speaking and franchise consulting. He was formerly President of Subway® Developments of British Columbia where he was responsible for its unprecedented success from inception through 1999, developing over 235 franchise units in the B.C. market.

He has won numerous awards and has lectured worldwide on how to be successful in small business. Gerry has in-depth knowledge of agency relationships throughout North America from his involvement in Fantastic Sam's, Norma Boutiques, Godiva Chocolates and Subway. An avid golfer, he participates in many charity tournaments and after being introduced to the benefits of the LTS, Gerry began negotiations to become actively involved with the company.

His vast knowledge of marketing and franchising – not to mention his vision -- is an invaluable asset to LTS LeaderBoard and its future growth.


Vice President - Jacquie Lovelock

Ms. Lovelock has extensive experience in the sales and financial sector with a strong record of hands on success and strenghts in financial and strategic planning.  She has worked with senior management of public and private companies for over 20 years.  Ms. Lovelock was a Vice President with Citigroup Private Banking, befor joining LTS LeaderBoard. 

Ms. Lovelock works closely with Mr.Lev developing and implementing the business plan, marketing, fundraising, legel and accounting issues, shareholder commmunications and ongoing sales training for franchisees. 

Vice President and Director of Software Support     Brian Yager

Brian has worked in software development since graduating from the University of Calgary with an Honours degree in Economics. After six years with the Alberta government in the Computer Services department, he was employed by three private sector information system and consulting companies. This included a four-year stint as a computer consultant in Sydney, Australia and Hong Kong before launching his own consulting business, where he gained extensive experience in all aspects of computer systems development.

Brian’s keen interest in golf and his system development skills led to the creation of CaddieMaster, a personal handicap and performance analysis software program (and associated website). The current version, called CaddieMasterPro, continues to thrive commercially, selling briskly over the Internet (http://www.caddiemaster.com/) and in North American retail outlets.

Again combining his computer skills and deep understanding of golf, Brian designed, programmed and managed the development of the original LTS LeaderBoard scoring system. He continues to manage the enhancement and support of this software, along with the creation of new components that focus on the entertainment, administration and web-based aspects of LTS LeaderBoard’s business.

Director of Franchise Operations     Joyce Depray

Joyce has a varied background, principally in the area of training. Prior to becoming President of Sub-Solutions Canada, a company dealing in computerized POS systems, she was a consultant to the Subway® World Headquarters training department while owning and operating a successful Subway® franchise.

Having worked extensively throughout the Subway® franchise system, Joyce held a management position within Subway Developments of B.C. Ltd., where her responsibility included developing and implementing manager and franchisee training programs.

Her experience includes working for ADP Inc. in Connecticut, a position that included department supervisory and training in the field of unemployment tax control. Within this position she produced and conducted seminars for employers as well as provided training and guidance to employers pertaining to various state unemployment insurance regulations.

Manager of Franchise Services and Trainer     Troy Slogocki

One of two golf professionals on staff, Troy was originally in charge of tournament scoring for LeaderBoard BC, where his duties included set-up, registration and pairings, and general marketing. His responsibilities continue to expand  -- from testing the newest versions of the LTS software to training and franchise partner support.

Troy is a graduate of Camosun College with a diploma in Business Administration and a Certificate in Professional Golf Management. Before joining LeaderBoard, he was a golf professional with the Victoria Golf Club in Victoria, B.C.; a tournament co-ordinator at the Hyatt Regency Dallas-Bear Creek Golf Club in Dallas, Texas; and a professional at Good Spirit Lake Golf and Country Club in Yorkton, Saskatchewan.


Support Services and Trainer, Mgr. LeaderBoard BC     Derek Knox

With eight years in the golf industry, the last as a guest services supervisor, Mr. Knox has a broad range of golf industry experience. A low handicapper himself, he has service and operational experience from both public and private golf courses and facilities. Aside from his golf and event knowledge, Mr. Knox has a certificate in adventure tourism and a degree in small business development from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.

Mr. Knox reports to Ms. Depray and is responsible for LeaderBoard B.C., including servicing and scoring the local tournament market, providing franchisee support and software testing throughout the year as well as assisting in franchisee training.
